Oversee course content development and curriculum to NRAEF/ACF and ACICS compliance, IEP, and student issues within two departments. 615.243.8669 ▪ tracybarkley@yahoo.com performance evaluations. Coordinate / administer diagnostic testing in English and math, arranging remediation as needed. Manage the yearly fiscal budgets for both programs-to include textbooks, technologies, payroll, remedial programs, etc.
▪ Responsible for the curriculum of 230 sections; co-wrote General Education curriculum with four lead instructors and fully authored curriculum for seven culinary classes. Update curricula based on textbook editions, industry/discipline trends, and NRAEF/ACF/FDA regulation changes
▪ Collaborate with lead instructors, 19 campus textbook managers/online coordinators, book publishers and textbook distributors to select textbooks and ensure delivery to faculty and students each term.
▪ Coordinate with registrars at online school and 19 ground campuses to offer the appropriate general education classes for students in all programs.
▪ Worked closely with the ground culinary school, ACF and NRAEF to develop online management program for the culinary school.
• Ensure proper training of all support staff and instructors administering virtual LAB and Accuplacer (diagnostic testing) programs; developed other faculty/staff training programs as required. • Serve as Chair of Virtual Library Board and was in charge of efforts to bring the library into ACICS compliance
