However, my role as a digital comms account manager meant that I was required to take a 360 approach to planning. A large part of my role was exploring how digital sits within a multichannel approach and how online and offline are integrated. Virgin Media are heavy spenders in VOD and we were the most forward thinking team in MGOMD in terms of planning VOD and led the MGOMD video council to pioneer the growth of video internally and externally. After an internal move within Manning Gottlieb, I ran the John Lewis and Waitrose digital accounts and planned the award winning Christmas campaigns that delivered record ROIs for the business. A large part of this campaign included an online/offline integrated solution and the tech innovation solution we delivered was best in class. I also gained experience on Fashion (working on Coach bags and The North Face) in my time at MGOMD.
