- Led the creation and development of design concept/mood and implementation method, from the concept phase through project execution.
- Maintain a rapid project schedule requiring organization, tenacity and ability to collaborate internally and externally with others. Periodic travel required; all projects located in Los Angeles, CA.
- Support the real-estate team in the due-diligence process as needed, and be the main point of contact for AOR consultants for multiple simultaneous high-quality projects.
Determine and produce all design and hand-off packages for projects, including programming, layout, AOR hand-off, FF&E packages and move-in operations.
- Collaborate with the Design Manager to define and maintain an on-brand project aesthetic appropriate to the market, neighborhood and program, as well as WeWork standards, goals, brand ideals, and best practices.
- Work closely with FF&E Sourcing Lead and Logistics Lead to generate and manage FF&E project selection, schedules and track FF&E supply chain (lead times, quantities, finishes).
- Monitor design execution during Construction Administration, Construction Build, Staging and Closeout to ensure design intent is maintained through project installation.
