Nov. 2016Bucharest, RomaniaManaging small/medium projects and stuff augmentation engagements with/without Project Manager funding, ensuring delivery on scope, on cost and on schedule and ultimately achieving customer satisfaction. Main responsibilities for projects under my direct management include:
Handling inquiries for project scope information, purchase orders and other contractual paper work directly with Market Lead, PMO Quality Lead, Sales, iCenter, Finance and Operations departments and with consultants; Supporting the PM in administrative management such as revenue recognition and forecasting, project expense management and invoicing;
Supporting the PM in updating PTC's project management systems such as PSA/SFDC, Pulse and Oracle - as appropriate for revenue, invoices, Subk costs, T&L, free work values, EAC and % complete.
Updating project and program tracking tools with personnel and maintains current, complete and accurate staffing hours forecast in alignment with and under the direction of the field-based PM organization;
Working with Finance to review supporting documents for projects under my management for accuracy as required (VSOE policy, discounting, deal review compliance);
Cooperation with Operations to accurately set up projects in PSA and Oracle PA;
Cooperation with Operations and Workforce Management to ensure that projects are maintained accurately (adding tasks, extending end dates, Oracle integration, adding hours for change requests);
Working with Workforce Management Team to request resources and ensure that project staffing is correct in PSA and making sure that project resources are enabled to submit timely and accurate time sheets and expense reports;
Creating and maintaining accurate revenue forecast;
Approving time sheets and ensuring that time is adjusted as necessary;
Collecting consulting reports and completion of certificates as required;
Reviewing and approving invoicing and T&L expenses in Oracle PA;
Project closure.
