Experienced and highly skilled Senior Service Designer and strategic thinker who helps organisations embrace customer centric design and business transformation. I lead, coach and mentor for the Service Design in agile teams in blue chip companies and industries like: Shell (Supply Chain resilience), ING (AI and automation), Unicredit (Sustainability), Boehringer Ingelheim (Partnership Communication), and more and I also enjoy seeing my designs come to life in many promising smaller companies, startups and NGOs all across the world. My perspectives have consistently enhanced the services I redesigned, encouraging greater customer and employee engagement and loyalty. By integrating the latest technology with Service Design, I achieve sustainable outcomes, driving positive change and tangible impact. It’s an honour to be in the accreditation committee of the Service Design Network (SDN) and a founder of its Bulgarian chapter. As an active participant, coach and mentor, I advocate for Service Design and contribute significantly to our SDN community.
