• Zipper and align different, at times conflicting, product development milestones, KPIs, and engineering validation methodologies across 3 distinct organizations to meet contractual obligations.
• Oversee Engineering, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing deliverables in accordance with partner process and expectations while ensuring alignment to internal KPIs.
• Design and develop aesthetics for physical product and derivatives with partnership with contract manufacturing and textile experts.
• Develop and collaborate on go to market strategy, retail strategy, hospitality partnerships, supplier relationships, and manufacturing partner integration with emphasis on change management within the category.
