-Manage incoming and outgoing tickets in Freshdesk and ensure that the respective departments handle all tickets related to their department
-Ensure that solutions and canned responses are up to date in Freshdesk
-Identify and assess customersβ needs to achieve satisfaction
-Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open communication
-Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
-Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives -Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
-Managing clients stores and updating store statuses as need be
-Ensuring regular updates regarding suspended stores are sent out to clients weekly and when needed
-Proofreading appeals
