• Managing social media operations including creating, curating, and scheduling content across all Shutterstock, Editorial, Contributor, and PremiumBeat socials - a total of 15 profiles across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest. • Working closely with Marketing, Editorial, Platform Solutions, Sales, PR, Contributor, and GCC (customer service/support) to ensure social success on Shutterstock campaigns, products and services. • Look within the company, industry, and to our competitors for useful benchmarks, best practices, expertise sharing, learning opportunities and to increase collaboration among all the available teams. 2) Community Management: Social support, monitoring, listening & moderation
• Leverage existing tools and create new opportunities to support community management and marketing teams and help them identify emerging trends. • Advise customer support and interacting with legal, search, AI, and contributor teams to assist our customers and contributors with their needs, questions, and concerns — in a timely manner. 3) Research & Social Data: Reporting & analyzing relevant social media KPIs, trends, competitor social learnings, and data on a monthly & quarterly basis to determine team gaps, successes, opportunities, and industry threats. 4) Digital Marketing & Branding: Ensure brand consistency for Shutterstock, Editorial, Contributor, and Premiumbeat in creative messaging, brand voice, visuals, and customer support.
