I created and provided solutions for creativity and productivity such as (keyboards and pointing devices), personal workspace solutions, mobility solutions, music, gaming, and commercial streaming. I assisted channel salespeople and account teams by providing sales enablement, training, and demand-generating services. I stayed competitive in a rapidly expanding industry by doing market research and consumer insights across numerous Logitech solutions, with a particular emphasis on the Commercial and Education segments. I was able to successfully incorporate client feedback into the creation of new products/solutions.
Key Accomplishments
• Ensured predictable tracking and ROI measurements by integrating marketing technology tools (Marketo / Salesforce / HubSpot) into partner portals and brand marketing systems.
• Developed and led channel marketing programs to drive top-line results through close collaboration with regional teams to maximize investments and channel spending to align with corporate growth strategies.
• Directed product launches for the Commercial and Education lines of business, including sales/channel readiness, go-to-market, pricing, demand planning, Public Relations (PR) / Communications, and marketing operations support.
• Supported sound business decision-making by formulating monthly and quarterly marketing and sales operations dashboards and ensuring alignment of metrics with long-term business objectives, while securing and allocating resources appropriately.
