• Manage and supervise staff. Manage staff schedules and rotations.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate policies and procedures for various operations.
• Oversee payroll by updating timesheets, authorizing payroll, and remitting payroll tax.
• Track inventory and order supplies.
• Prepare budgets, monitor revenue and expenses, and review nightly pricing regularly.
• Update bookkeeping by keeping track of expenses and deposits & reconciling regularly.
• Ensure compliance by filling tax documents punctually such as Corporate Tax returns, GST returns, Payroll Tax returns, and Municipal Accommodation Tax (MAT) returns.
• Administer Google Workspace, OpenPhone, Google Domains
• Manage reservations & communications with guests.
• Resolve customer complaints and uphold guest experience.
• File and track insurance claims for damage reimbursements
