• Developed the company’s marketing and brand strategy over a number of years, including all stages of campaign delivery, from insight generation, strategy, tactics, metrics and analysis.
• Introduced two new membership levels, taking the initial concepts through research, development and launch. • Remodelled the membership structure in 2016 to establish Team and Corporate packages.
• Upgraded The Financial Services Forum’s website with the introduction and development of the Knowledge Centre resource archive. • Created Online Membership to increase geographical reach of the business and generate significant new sponsorship opportunities.
• Management of The Financial Services Forum Awards for Marketing Effectiveness since 2002 – recently shortlisted in the 2020 Awards Awards category for “Best Longstanding Awards Event”. • Developed and launched the Product and Service Innovation Awards in 2018. As with all Forum Awards.
• Oversaw nearly fifty issues of Argent, a quarterly 64-page journal, widely respected in the industry for its thought leadership.
