• Responsible for all aspects of financial performance, P&L management, labor tracking, training, marketing and adherence to operating standards put forth by Driftwood Group • Introduced and designed several events to increase revenue, such has; Paint Night, Wine and Canvas, match.com, networking events, wine and beer tastings and cooking demonstrations to bring in local community members and increase awareness about the restaurant • Responsible for a $1M Food and Beverage operation budget that included Restaurant and Room Service revenue as well as an additional $5m in Banquet sales
• Created Private dining room sales and handled servicing from conception to follow up
• Received the Open Table “Diners Choice” award in May 2015
