Main processes to build exhaust systems as final product: tubes bending, caning, stamping, JIT and JIS for customer delivery. Responsibilities
AOP, OPEX & CAPEX and Forecast which apply to different countries.
As country Manager for IT processes and IT systems (SAP and local applications) I have a strong collaboration and interaction with other IT NA leaders to ensure an alignment in term of Business, Communication and Operations. Driving an strategy to combine Innovation & Digitization Business.
Promote system integration (Finance, MP&L, HR & Production) where opportunities exist, looking impacting business efficiency, business continuity, IT services, IT support.
Define collaboration strategies to join and develop regional/local suppliers. Continuous requirements review in order to comply with internal and external customers requirements.
Make improvements on process and provide a high level performance products to impact efficiency on manufacturing process and administrative task. Continuous IT review on updates for Technology, service level agreements and team performance.
Determine feasibility of the project based on business cases. Act as project manager to develop internal projects. Promote "Delivery Fast" set mind on team members.
Key player on leading, coordinating and supporting transformation events, relates to IT projects.
Develop and maintain high performance teams, dedicated to reduce gaps with continuous training and enhance personal and professional skills
Strong use of ITIL, SOX and GxP
