Lead and completed productization of an integrated services and technology solution, including Business Intelligence solution, Applicant Tracking Systems and Vendor Management Systems. Overall solution included: technologies, program management office, implementation, delivery training and operational support. Rejuvenated a demoralized team and delivered solutions to over 40 complex accounts in 60 months. Reduced the cost of implementation from over $300k to $50k. Planned, Hired, Mentored and Lead a matrix organization of 3 senior consultants, 7 project managers, 12 BI/DBA/ETL developers, 50 support engineers and 8 technology vendors. Key Projects and Accomplishments:
Project Management Office – responsible for standardized methodologies, project manager training and growth, implementation oversight for all recruitment outsourcing projects. Implemented Agile Methods for Project Management. Acted as Scrum Master for technology development and new client Implementations.
Technical Architect team – evaluating new technologies, standardization of technologies, interfaces, ETL management and business intelligence offering. Technologies included PHP Framework development environment, various VMS & ATS systems, ERP, CRM and Accounting systems.
Lead the Governance Office that was responsible for SAS-70/SSAE-16 compliance for 6 years
Productized Business Intelligence offering, Rejuvenated a demoralized team and delivered solutions to over 40 complex accounts in 60 months resulting in sales in excess of $100 million. Reduced the cost of technology delivery from over $300k to $100k.
