I have led global Field technology, implementation, Product Management, core development, BI/MI and technical support teams. I get up in the morning excited to be working in a dynamic environment, with multiple work streams and challenges. I am experienced building and leading high-performance technology teams. Achieving enterprise goals and growing the talent inside the team. I look for ways to assist team members in achieving their goals and advancing their careers. I have been fortunate to be technology agnostic and my teams worked with whatever technologies the client and the business needed, to support to win the business that made the company successful. I have been with Pontoon for 6 years, which provide me with a unique understanding of the Pontoon business and technology drivers. While at Pontoon I have led the • Security, Risk and Compliance efforts, remediating issues that have been open for years. • Front office support teams, implementing and expanding programs globally for 5 years. • Expansion and upskilling of Pontoon technical resources across over 60 different technologies. • Reorganization efforts to align the Pontoon IT resources with the business vertical allowing for unique support of the individual businesses, providing a RIGHT sized solution versus a 1 size fits all approach. While the CIO at Kinetix and Global VP of IT for Impellam, I was the lead strategist for multi-year technology roadmaps. Developing new products and managing technology debt in the same Agile workstreams. At both companies I converted the business and technology delivery models to Agile Methodologies. Not mere buzz words, but TOP DOWN and BOTTOM UP paradigm shifts in culture.
