Raised creative profile from regional to a national agency, winning countless awards including, Clio, One Show Pencil, D&AD Pencil, Webby’s, Gold Effie. The increase in growth and the national creative reputation attributed to positioning the agency to be sold to Quad for $140 MM and becoming the lead brand strategy agency for Quad's Agency Solutions Group. As part of Quad, I instituted the first ever Creative Council for Quad Agency Solutions Group to increase the quality of the creative content produced across all of Quad’s agency properties.
