• Raised USD 50 Million for refinancing existing facilities and future financing for new projects, allowing the company to escalate its progress towards higher revenues and profitability (June 2010). • Raised USD 70 Million (March 2012) for a second MBO increasing management stake 100% and onboarded National Bank of Oman as 5% stakeholder allowing the company to grow rapidly to a USD200M company. • Raised USD 80 Million (June 2016) to refinance existing facility and raise funds for further expansion. • Successfully divested 26% stake to USD based private equity fund SCF Partners benchmarking a valuation of USD 300 Million for the company (September 2017)
