managing staff as required on a project by project basis. Create a social media and digital communications strategy and
developing and managing an integrated communications approach using
email marketing and relevant social media tools such as Facebook, Twitter
and MySpace. Devise and develop integrated social media marketing communication
programs to support, campaigning and other strategic or operational
initiatives. (E.g. using PPC, e-mail marketing, online advertising) Create and maintain a communication plan to provide an overview of all
social media and digital communications activity and maintain brand and
message consistency across digital media initiatives. Manage the e-mail , Facebook and Twitter marketing programs. Create and evaluate proposals for new social media and email marketing
products/services with relevant department/agency input. Knowledge of the following: HTML, XHTML, CSS design, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility, Access, mySQL, javascript
