• Assist users in effectively managing production issues, providing timely and comprehensive support to minimize downtime.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to developers and third-party vendor support, ensuring prompt attention and resolution.
• Participate in documenting standard operating procedures and disaster recovery plans to maintain operational resilience.
• Actively engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements, address concerns, and maintain strong relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and system administrators, to implement improvements and optimize application performance.
