I ensured accurate record-keeping, managed office space utilization, and developed the Business Continuity Plan. Financially, I oversaw the annual facilities budget, assessing and forecasting performance to deliver agreed outcomes. Moreover, I project the construction of a new art gallery, coordinating with architects, interior designers, and contractors to meet the gallery's needs. This experience highlighted my ability to manage complex projects and ensure high standards.
