Much of my career has been spent in operation roles within Halcyon. Most recently this has been in developing the HR side of the business including recruitment, retention and various general aspects of HR.
Additionally I am also the company Compliance Officer, managing the implementation process most notably of the fifth AML regulation. As a result I am engaged in a key aspect of the sale process and assess risk on a daily basis. This has been a learning curve for the entire art market, to say the least.
In 2021 I was invited to join the HERmesa Angel syndicate and feel very fortunate to have started my investment journey with them. I’ve learned a great deal since then and have developed my approach to investing alongside some phenomenal women (and men!).
