CX1 is a vertical cloud solution for pharmaceutical industry launched in June 2021 with a number of global pharmaceutical companies as first customers leading to 1m revenue in Year 2022. • Led the design development of CX1 application through a development outsource team that was delivered, and certified by Salesforce in June 2021. • Represented CX1’s software development strategy, planning and technology agenda in meetings with CX1 external clients and investors. Successfully achieved initial seed investment from Enterprise Ireland and a number of angel investors of 1.6m. Contributed to building a pipeline of potential customers in Pharma, Corporate Banking and High Tech sector with a view to implementation in Q2/Q3 2022. • Established and built an in-house software development team to take over ongoing development of CX1 in Q3/Q4 2021. This includes the recruitment, management and development of UX front end/back end/stack developers, system architects, quality engineers as well as interfacing with the product owners and other Clarity client-facing personnel. • Identified current and future areas of competitive advantage and tracked ongoing developments related to or influencing CX1 development. Created a vision and roadmap to scale and meet customer needs and sustain competitive advantage for 2021/2022 and beyond.
