Built an end to end GTM Service Desk and agile ticketing process for the Revenue and Operation Team along with continued process improvements.
Facilitates Scrum ceremonies i.e. Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Demos/Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
Act as an Agile Coach, promoting and coaching the Agile mindset and principles, empowering the team to become self-managing and fulfill their cross-functional potential.
Design, update, and implement ways of optimizing and scaling processes to increase efficiency for GTM.
Facilitate and optimize the company OKR process to help teams set, score and share quarterly OKRs so that they drive prioritization and measurement of our top company goals.
Project manage multiple high priority, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders at once i.e. New product launches, New market entries, Operational improvements, etc.
Continuously working with the Training and Enablement Manager to implement new processes and updates to current processes.
Built and structured the GTM Sales Portal, a one stop shop to all sales collateral which included Announcements, “How to’s”, SOP’s, Client Facing Collateral, Procedure Documentation, and Training Content that aided in assisting the sales team in their day-to-day.
