Arrange and dispatch all deliveries using multiple programs (JDE, CRM, TMS) to process delivery tickets, account for loads, and price all loads
Receive, process, and account for all plant invoices, using JD Edwards to process all accounting for the plant
Participate in Month End inventories and input all inventories into a report for management
Process all Month End reports, review and correct any discrepancies
Travel to various plants to provide training to several different positions, as well as provide ongoing training remotely via Microsoft Teams Create purchase orders based on specific product procedures and receive all inventory items into JDE
Purchase all items for the plant/office and schedule all services
Manage Indeed account for new hires, and manage temporary employment account for temporary employees
Conduct new-employee orientation, administer pre-employment and random tests, and ensures all onboarding documents are complete and uploaded to Corporate HR
Creation and maintenance of personnel, applicant, benefit, I9, payroll and general office files. Process and complete all employee payroll/HR-related paperwork and act as the first point of contact to answer questions in regard to benefits and/or payroll issues.
Input daily production into JDE and run production reports
Assist Sales Manager in inputting sales orders into CRM and use JDE to manage all sales orders
Provide pricing and process all cash sales using UTA for all credit card payments and JDE for order processing
