-conducted weekly meetings and oriented processes to conceive and plan marketing campaigns with proper sales arguments for a 30 person-marketing team
-conducted numerous wine tastings and wine seminars
-produced an array of multimedia material, including a quarterly magazine, booklets, videos and infographics with educational content about wine
-was responsible for disseminating wine culture inside the company, evangelising collaborators in a fast growing business that increased headcount from 4 to 300+ in less than 5 years
