I take great pleasure in leading others out of their unique giftings into a unified strategy together. I get to take the vision and mission of our church family and help each team dream up ways to live it out together as a community on mission. Each team carries a different group of people with different unique gifts, talents, abilities, stories and experiences when it comes to living out the mission God has called us to. A lot of what I do comes down to asking key questions, helping the team think through the filter of their strategy and facilitating discussion towards the goal of ministry.

God has gifted me with a singing voice and an ability to lead a team. The team I lead each week is a stellar group of gifted people from professional drummers to concert trained pianist to college grad vocalists. It's amazing being able to not only be a part of leading 4-5 multiple teams of vocalists and instrumentalists but also learn a new repertoire of songs while leading a congregation of nearly 250 with one voice to God. I love it!
