• Corporate operations, governance, and policy management
Designed and implemented operating policies, SOPs, approval matrices, and internal control frameworks, ensuring strong corporate governance, disciplined execution, and regulatory alignment across the organization.
• Enterprise operations assurance (IT–Finance–Legal–Cybersecurity)
Led cross-functional operational assurance across IT, Finance, Legal, and Cybersecurity functions; governed access controls and system continuity, optimized vendor and operating costs, standardized onboarding/offboarding controls, and coordinated internal and external audits to ensure ISO/SOC2 readiness and closure of findings.
• Vendor & third-party management
Managed end-to-end vendor and SaaS lifecycle including due diligence, onboarding, risk assessment, performance monitoring, renewals, termination, and cost optimization.
• Procurement management
Established the procurement function from the ground up; led sourcing, RFQs/RFPs, commercial evaluations, contract negotiations, purchase orders, and supplier lifecycle control in collaboration with Finance and Legal.
• Internal applications administration
Acted as business owner for key corporate platforms (SharePoint, ClickUp, HubSpot, Slack, Scrut, Clara, Carta), overseeing structure, user provisioning, access governance, and adoption discipline.
• Regulatory licensing & compliance
Managed regulatory filings, license renewals, inspections, and ongoing compliance with authorities such as CBUAE, SAMA, ADGM, and DSO across multiple jurisdictions.
• Board & shareholder governance
Oversaw board resolutions, share registers, capital changes, share transfers, SAFE conversions, general assemblies, and management of secure data rooms and corporate records.
• Cross-border entity lifecycle & government platform management
Managed company formation, amendments, renewals, legalizations, statutory filings, and KYC updates across UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Egypt, and Jordan.
• Contract lifecycle management
Directed end-to-end contract lifecycle including drafting coordination, legal review workflows, approvals, renewals, and centralized contract repository governance.
• Data governance & records management
Implemented document control frameworks, record-retention standards, and structured digital repositories to ensure secure, accurate, and accessible corporate records.
• Process automation & workflow optimization
Designed and deployed automated workflows and operational dashboards using ClickUp, SharePoint, and Scrut to streamline operations, enhance visibility, and strengthen control.
