My consulting experience stretches back to my years at McKinsey (started in 2016). Now, I’m an expert in strategy and in the last 8 years I’ve worked with mature clients (Middle & Large Enterprises) as well as early stage startups to build valuable products & services, create strategies and business models , improve ops and train employees in managerial skills. I serve as an expert in AI Workforce working closely with the Ministry of Digitization (PL), I have deep insights into IT (Web3 in particular, but not limited). I help companies in change management and digital transformation efforts both as strategic advisor and implementation consultant.
