Leading the team of products focused on legal entities, my role extended across several essential sectors. I was in charge of team leadership, from structuring the department to hiring key professionals. Additionally, my role involved the evolution and implementation of the company's B2B product strategy. It was my responsibility to define, monitor, and measure product delivery progress, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. One of the crucial areas I oversaw was database organization and the creation of analytics dashboards. This was essential for informed and strategic decision-making. Furthermore, I led teams that developed a diverse range of products. This included accreditation, compliance analysis, and legal entity identity verification, as well as activation and integration with partner platforms. I was also responsible for supervising the development of digital accounts for legal entities on the financial management portal. Another important aspect was managing AME's Payments Gateway. Here, I led the team responsible for all products and purchasing experiences with AME, including QR code and card checkout generation, transactional APIs, recurring payments, and integration with multiple acquirers, among others. Additionally, I was at the forefront of developing promotional products, such as cashback and incentive programs, which were crucial for attracting and retaining customers. Finally, I led the deployment of SalesCloud, providing the sales team with centralized management and configuration autonomy in the CRM, making operations more efficient and aligned with the company's strategies.
