- Develop estimate format and understand method for cost presentation.
- Create Conceptual Budget and scope definition/Specifications.
- Hand off budget and project information to PM at end of Design Development.
- Transfer contract budget to Accounting.
- Challenge Design and Consultants.
- Update Pursuit Model.
- Understand subcontractor and vendor pre-qualifications.
- Solicit conceptual quotes from subcontractors without drawing information.
- Review of subcontractor quotes for completeness of scope and coordinate with other subcontractor scope.
- Assist with creation and coordination of Preliminary Project Schedule.
- Manage Open Items List.
- Understand PM responsibilities and how to use PM tools (contracts, bid analysis, schedule, NRPS, purchase orders, PCR, etc.).
