Within 14 months, I achieved those goals by realigning production with sales and creating a brand message that reduced the complexity of IT services to something the average small and medium business customer could understand and the average salesperson could communicate. In this position, I developed soft and hardened processes to bring the company meaningful, repeatable institutional memory. By implementing basic structure within the operation, I brought daily form to the team, increasing our customer response times by 42% and resulting in a more satisfying customer experience. With these changes and more, I increased annual revenue by 230% in that same period.

We partnered with Nynex Business Centers on the west coast and jointly sold one, two, and three-day training sessions to over 60,000 individuals in 2 years. The company was sold to Nynex Business Centers in 1992.
