Preparing sales contracts, order confirmations and other related documentation defined in business process of the Company ,
Defining the right customer requirements regarding products and system solutions and presenting these technical solutions,
Input of all relevant project and customer information into the CRM system,
Effectively execute and manage every element of sales process,
Follow up the market and seek out and target new customers and sales opportunities,
Professional representation of the Company to all kind of decision makers,
Develop and implement an effective strategic sales plan,
Monitor, analyse sales and market trends,
Managing the sales team in defined area,
Managing customer relationships and presents offers to customers,
Analyse sales statistics to determine business growth potential,
Organization of the visit schedules and performing the visits with existing and new contacts from the starting phase up to the order closing phase,
Organization and participation in customer seminars and education programs,
Definition of annual sales, margin and cost budget together with the superior,
Preparing regular reports related with sales to management team,
Work in coordination with logistics, bookkeeping and financing department of the Company.
