Examples of success: • I designed, developed and coached the team of internal resources to deliver the Global Learning Initiative for leaders and staff in Canada’s Trade Commissioner Service which won the Award of Merit from the Deputy Ministers of Foreign Affairs and International Trade • I designed, developed and managed the team of internal resources who were commended by Canada’s Chief Electoral Officer of Canada & House of Commons Standing Committee for delivering an outstanding Returning Officers Program • My instructional design work for the Élisabeth Bruyère Research Institute and the Ottawa Hospital was featured in McGill Journal of Education (Vol 43. No 3) as an example of how to ensure demonstrable ROI on a learning initiative • I designed an eLearning resource that was publicly praised by the Premier of Ontario for improved accessibility and better service for customers with disabilities
