I handled the contract processing, along with contract extensions, takeovers, and purchases of rented buildings. Along with these day to day responsibilities , I handled all branch disputes. Supported the Coordinators sales department, credit department, collections departments on day to day working. Worked with vendors that needed to be added into our systems. Making sure they have the correct agreements, insurance and all needed documents.
There are times that I am requested to do special projects, it could be analyzing an account to balancing accounts .
