- Collaborate with support and R&D teams to implement fixes and to communicate and coordinate resolution plans for customer-found defects.
- Analyze and reproduce customer problems in our customer-focused lab, as well as build and configure customer replica setups.
- Participate in discussions about product issues or improvements with other members of the team and with other R&D teams.
