I am a Mathematics graduate with a Teaching Diploma, bringing over five years of experience in the NGO sector, primarily in education and child protection programming. I have progressed from program implementation roles to coordination positions, serving as an Education and Protection Coordinator where I managed field activities, supervised teams, and ensured quality service delivery. My experience includes close collaboration with Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) functions, contributing to data-driven program improvements and compliance with donor requirements. Currently, I work as a Partnership Coordinator, where I oversee partner relations and lead on financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with donor guidelines, in addition to financial planning. Throughout my career, I have successfully contributed to the implementation of projects funded and supported by international organizations such as Save the Children, strengthening my expertise in grants management, coordination, and donor compliance within complex humanitarian and development contexts.
