- Spearheaded business strategy and disruptive innovation on herbicides; joint business plans aligned for launch with expected return of incremental 14% profit from category growth through premiumisation
- Guided a cross-functional team to engineer strategy and NPD pipeline for home insecticides, using category insights and market research; launched into hardware at +7% over budget and aligned grocery to launch in 2023-24
- Coached the brand manager to strengthen market leadership in rodenticides with innovation and a brand advertising campaign (+25.1% sales); outperformed Mortein in grocery, expanded depth of distribution at Metcash and secured ranging at Big W
- Achieved high performance by guiding and coaching one direct report through consistent motivation, feedback and learning tools; awarded for performance
- Headed a landscape analysis and market modelling on a breakthrough innovation project expected to drive appeal, participation, relevance and loyalty; Gate 2 approved, prioritised and resourced for accelerated development
- Represented the Yates BU at the DuluxGroup Innovation Council, collaborating to create better culture and optimise portfolio management through frameworks, processes and tools
