Managed absence cases covering frequent short term absence to long term sickness triggering disciplinary processes and Occupational Health intervention as needed Re-designed process and procedures for a site closure with 229 employees. Trained 40 line managers on consultation processes, and worked collaboratively with an outplacement provider. Managing budgets for Redundancy exercise covering severance payments, outplacement costs, time booked to the closure project and training payments .
