Executed inbound and outbound calls to patients/doctors/pharmaceutical reps explaining the program, prepared documents and sent out mailings. Ensured that every piece of information that the pharmaceutical company required to enroll the patient into their patient assistance program was received from the doctor and patient and was completed before it was delivered to the pharmaceutical company to get the patient enrolled into their program. In an effort to gain new customers, developed marketing material that was sent to potential and then-current patient load, doctors, and social workers along with creating Standard Operating Procedures for many of the departments. In addition, oversaw and trained the departments employees ensuring they were completing their tasks efficiently.
