• Drive software service program renewals through phone and email interactions. (Single Seat and Multi-Seat Licenses)
• Implement a renewal sales strategy to maximize customer engagement.
• Respond to inbound requests promptly.
• Identify opportunities for sales expansion, such as multi-year renewals or Academic Volume License (AVL).
• Document activities using systems like SFDC and Oracle, while collaborating with sales teams.
• Provide constructive feedback to contribute to ongoing improvements.
• Managing tableau contract servers for data extraction and due diligence.
