Its Vision is to deliver customers peace of mind with a trouble-free grocery experience they can always trust. I joined Everli as Design Lead and my team was made by one UX Designer. My initial objective was to set the basis for UX culture in the company. I built a team to support our growth (+2 UX researchers, +1 UX writer, +6 Product Designers), enabling an effective process to deliver user centered solutions in an Agile environment. I've been the owner of our successful rebranding project (from Supermercato24 to Everli). As Head of User Experience and Product Designer team, my main objective was to support our European growth, keep growing the team, scaling solutions and processes.

As Head of User Experience my objective was to support our product team to fully rethink and design the new product. I've founded the UX area, both design and research, dealing with refactoring, rebranding and other new projects such as Welfare Dashboard.
