Applying these strategies led to a 2,000% growth in our social media following and a budget surplus as we transitioned away from traditionally expensive print media campaigns. Miraculously, our small team of three managed the marketing and communications needs for all NOC operations. Which was not limited to whitewater rafting on 7 regional rivers, 25,000 sq ft retail store space, a paddling school, adventure travel, 3 restaurants, and events like hosting the World Kayak Freestyle Championships.
