I provided talent data, metrics, and analytics to structure talent strategies and increase performance. I created and deployed decision tree and rules of engagement policy/process for search firm engagement for professional hiring to reduce spend on easy to fill searches and integrated a reference check vendor into iCIMS for all US-based, director level and above hires. I acted as HR liaison for Conduent's Women's Impact Network (WIN) and actively engaged in Recruiting and Professional Development Committees within WIN with initiatives related to success stories and internal mentorship, while acting as a co-chair of the Membership committee. Key accomplishments:
Promoted from Senior Manager Sales Talent Acquisition to Director of Talent Acquisition via stellar performance. Developed new recruiter training and information repository for templates, processes, resources to improve new hire onboarding experience. Led and executed structure and processes resulted in the TA team surpassing 2021 goals of hires 1519 with the average time to fill of 47-days: 183% over target fills and 69% under time to fill target. Stood up and standardized a successful and compliant executive recruiting function leading to over 90 executive level hires in two years, a stronger emphasis on diversity candidate slates and strong relationships and trust with the C-suite.
