▪ Supervisor of Lisbon Store. ▪ Responsible of brand expansion in new points of sale such as multi brand shops and department Developed the business strategy, managed all operational areas of the store with particular focus on the fashion retail industry key areas: procurement (suppliers deals and negotiations), stock management, and hiring and training helpful and energetic retail clerks.
As a result of my effort and dedication, the store has similar revenue to the Marc by Marc Jacobs Lisbon store, which operates in a geography that tends to be more successful in the luxury fashion retail business.
