Sep. 2018 - Dec. 2020Rochester, New York Area• Oversee, plan, direct and manage all HRIS and LMS functions, including designing, developing, testing, monitoring, implementing and maintaining UltiPro HRMS modules (from Ultimate Kronos Group). Responsibility includes the integration of HRIS with other HR related systems, as well as other business applications, as appropriate.
• Manage technical and functional resources to provide support for Employee Data Administration, Benefits, Position Administration, Compensation, Recruitment, Talent Management, Business Intelligence, Training, Employee/Manager Self-Serve and Payroll.
• Collaborate with HR Leadership, HR Business Partners, and SVP of HR to provide strategic leadership in analysis, design, development, implementation & troubleshooting of existing and new HRIS system requirements.
• Provide management level coordination between HR departments & business units to ensure appropriate solutions are implemented & effectively managed. Function as the HRIS Security Officer, ensuring system security compliance with Sarbanes Oxley requirements & accountability for supporting internal & external audit processes. • Serve as the liaison to Ultimate Software to ensure compliance with contract service requirements, purchased system modules are supported, and that contracted statements of work are delivered and supported appropriately.
