• Organization of periodic meetings with partners from the portfolio to analyze the monthly, quarterly and annual activity
• Realization of the budget but also its allocation according to the potential (objective) of each Store
• Supervising the activity of Store colleagues in the area of reporting, motivation, training
• Establishing performance objectives for each team member
• Coordination, evaluation, motivation of colleagues in the team with the aim of achieving sales objectives
• Feedback, training and coaching of coordinated persons for their permanent development
• Establishing Smart objectives, plan the steps necessary to achieve them and give permanent feedback to the management regarding the stage of achievements
• I constantly monitor the market and the competition to ensure that the offer is adapted to it
• Prepares and supports presentations regarding the state of the coordinated team's achievements to the company's management
• Ensures communication with partners, colleagues, superiors, authorities, in the areas for which he is responsible
• Implementation of sales tactics and strategies at the regional level
• Creating and maintaining a professional relationship with important partners in the assigned region.
