This allowed us to quickly summarise contracts and other key documents irrespective of the source or target language. • Developed a search tool to query a global Salesforce meeting notes database with automatic category generation and interactive filtering enabling useful insights on client sentiment, redemption risk and sales opportunities to be surfaced from the Salesforce data. • Provided Customer Experience consulting services for key client facing projects, conducting UX design reviews, discovery sessions, design integration, workshop facilitation, design training and mentoring.
