Defined and led retirement technology multi-project, multi-phased integration program to transition to retirement technology’s target operating model (TOM). Primary liaison for WRTT CIO, Retirement Services and Wealth Brokerage Retirement (WBR) Integration PMOs.
Established project office in alignment with Wells Fargo’s technology project management and compliance processes, tools and, deliverables with a focus on alignment with agile delivery model.
Wachovia / A.G. Edwards Annuity Integration ($5.5MM; Wachovia acquisition of A.G. Edwards $374B in client assets)
Co-led multi-phase, matrixed annuity integration, including system selection, gap analysis, and conversion plan definition and delivery of annuity positions and insurance licenses.
Annuity Consolidation Technology Transformation ($5MM) Partnered with business sponsor to define and execute a large-scale technology platform transformation, including automation of annuity trade order entry via third-party vendor application and core systems integration, enabling retail retirement to become a leading annuity distributor in the United States.
