I engaged people to participate in face-to-face and online gatherings, by making them engaging and inclusive and making sure they added value. I utilised the resources I had and went out of my way and made savings of over £10k for the business during 2023. Most importantly, I made sure I built good relationships with the people I came across. I aim to continuously drive improvements to ways of working and delivery standards and make an impact on our people and our communities.
