Scoped and prioritized learning needs across company and designed requirements with internal stakeholders. Managed logistics of 60+ recurring in person and digital trainings and workshops, oversaw training budget, designed new trainings in collaboration with subject matter experts. Coordinated projects, workshops, and live events with 50+ offices in time zones around the world. Drove systematic change by capturing buy-in of senior management and aligning programs to their respective needs. Identified new interactive virtual training solutions to disseminate information at onset of COVID pandemic, scaled program to reach 30 offices in 20+ countries with widely varying digital accessibility. New design saved $400,000 in training costs. Facilitated training of trainers for 50+ colleagues on best practices in engaging audiences and multi-platform presentation skills. Supported technology user issues and created tailored user guides for audiences around the world and led 1:1 coaching sessions. Designed learning programs with equity lens for users in 90+ countries with varying tech skills and bandwidth access. Monitored and managed LMS to track progress of 1000+ users, coordinate training logistics, disseminated analytics to relevant teams, and trained people throughout company to use the system. Worked with cross-functional teams to design and deliver extensive new employee orientation program rooted in diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
