• Full-cycle non-profit departmental accounting. Full-cycle payroll utilizing ADP. Benefit allocation and reconciled employee/employer contributions with ING. • A/P.A/R formulating Excel worksheets for EOM reports, as well as, bank deposits, bank reconciliation for three non-profit entities, EOM & EOY closing for SFAS & GAAP. • Retirement program. Managed the health benefit program by tracking itemized statements and payroll reports. Created entry’s for asset allocation, depreciation and tracked capital expenditures, Investment tracking on endowments, CD’S and D-notes. • Fluent in Business Works accounting program (SAGE). Set-up annual budgets with administrative council and business manger and Priest, Tracked budgeting spending in excel on an annual and monthly budget file. • Sold burial sites and created deeds for Cemetery, General bookkeeping for the OSU Newman Center. Created and maintained local Parish website. Attended Finance and administrative council meetings. Created power point presentations and presented information to local members and staff. Attended educational classes for growth and development.
